This weekend was my first time staying at the campground as well as kayaking and I have to say that Trading Post was an excellent choice! All of the staff was quite friendly as well as helpful with any questions we had. The campsite as well as the river were clean which was wonderful to see. I definitely plan on going back next chance I get!

As always, our time at the Trading Post and on the Pigeon River was fantastic! The place is very professionally run. The sign-up process is organized and quick! The canoes are in excellent condition. The time on the river is always filled with great adventure - turtles, frogs, snakes, river otters, etc. And the pick-up was timely. This place has been an annual trip for my family and will continue to be well into the future.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful! They help you into the water at your put-in and help you out when you get to their beach landing area. Their equipment is always in good shape with a good selection of choices. I made reservations a month in advance and had to call them three times to add boats to our trip. There were never any problems and the ladies on the phone were always pleasant and willing to help. They also sent a new confirmation to my email every time I made a change. We had 17 boats on the water and 25 people. They are awesome all the way around, this is why they have become our favorite boating destination!

This was our second annual to the Trading Post. We absolutely love this place. They were very accommodating for our specific request regarding our campsite. The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in the door to register and throughout our stay. Our kayak trip was great from start to finish. The staff is there when you head off to make sure you get safely on your way.

Trading Post is our favorite Autumn destination! Paddling the river in October is a delight. Peaceful waters, sunshine, and turning foliage. But best of all was the service! We felt cared for, catered to and so appreciated the kindness from everyone we encountered there. Thank you Trading Post! Looking forward to seeing you again next year!
